Amelia joined IBP in September 2026 with more than 10 years of experience planning meetings and events for medical associations. Her background includes national conferences, educational programs, board meetings, and special events of all sizes. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and partners, bringing organization and creativity to every project, and creating thoughtful experiences from planning through execution.
Originally from Seattle, Amelia now calls Jacksonville, FL, home. Outside of work, she loves traveling, staying active, spending time with family and her two dogs, Bunni and Millie, and taking full advantage of living near the beach. As a former coffee business owner, she also takes finding a great local coffee shop very seriously.
